What would happen if I was caught driving with a DJ license in Queens, NY?

1) Cop let you continue driving after getting tickets
2) Only thing different on ticket from driver with a full class D license is that it says DJ under “license type” instead of D. The rest of the ticket is written up normally.
I would assume they may suspend it and not allow for a standard license for a period of time.. that is the case here in Florida.
