    Success in any field can be achieved. Just be optimistic, perhaps view a few current DJs in your area to see what the watchers like best and what they don’t care for. Advertise yourself as much as you can. Ask your friends and family to mention you when they know someone needs a DJ. Post ads online offering your services on websites such as craigslist. Make some flyers and post them around the city. Make a website if you wish. Don’t just limit yourself strictly to clubs… be open to any work that comes your way… maybe it will be a wedding or party in need of a DJ. Build your skills and portfolio as great as you can. Contact the clubs or bars you’re interested in and see if they need any new DJ’s. Good luck. :)
