How is a DJ supposed to get noticed in London?

I know there are millions of wannabe’s out there but why do most of the clubs I go to have sub-standard DJ’s playing who constantly make mistakes. I have handed out 100’s of seamless demos with no results. I also cover 5 different styles of music so I must have something they like????
