What speakers should I get to start a DJ business?

I am looking to start DJing weddings, stags, proms, things like that. I own a Dell Inspiron and will store my music there. I am looking for a couple things:

1) What speakers will I need to fill a wedding hall or something of that sort. How many as well.
2) I would like to play the songs directly from my laptop, I would also like a microphone obviously, how can I do this?
