Can you get adaptors to connect big DJ subwoofers to a PC?

Ive been looking to get some good computer speakers with a good bass and i notice that for the same price as some good PC speakers i could get some ok DJ speakers that are alot bigger and i guess alot louder. I know that the plug to connect to the DJ machine thing is alot bigger than the plug to put some headphones into a PC though. Any idea how much an adaptor would be.
