Well, you’re going to need to spend a lot of money on any musical hobby in order to be “sucessful” at it. Maybe $600. Idk.

That really depends on how much you are planning on doing it and I would check into what you can get paid to do it if you are thinking of making it a business. If it is something you really love to do then I say spend as much as you can without putting yourself in debt. You only live once. Why not be happy while you can.
